Sensor Systems Technology Corporation

AGENCY: Department of the Navy, DoD.

ACTION: Notice; revision.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy published a document in the Federal 
Register on December 10, 2012, announcing an intent to grant to Fiber 
Optic Sensor Systems Technology Corporation, a revocable, 
nonassignable, exclusive license. The scope of the intent to license 
has been revised.

73457, revise the SUMMARY caption to read as follows:

    SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its 
intent to grant to Fiber Optic Sensor Systems Technology Corporation a 
revocable, nonassignable, exclusive license to practice the field of 
use of electrical power measurements for the measurement or control of 
temperature, pressure, strain, vibration, acceleration, and any other
