Multistakeholder Meeting To Develop Consumer Data Privacy Code of 
Conduct Concerning Mobile Application Transparency

AGENCY: National Telecommunications and Information Administration, 
U.S. Department of Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of open meeting; reschedule.

SUMMARY: Through this Notice, the National Telecommunications and 
Information Administration (NTIA) announces that the July 9, 2013 open 
meeting announced in the Federal Register on June 12, 2013 of the 
privacy multistakeholder process concerning mobile application 
transparency has been rescheduled for July 25, 2013.

DATES: The rescheduled meeting will be held on July 25, 2013 from 1:00 
p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time. See SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION for 
details.

ADDRESSES: The rescheduled meeting will be held in the Gallery at the 
American Institute of Architects, 1735 New York Avenue NW., Washington, 
DC 20006.

    Matters To Be Considered: The July 25, 2013 meeting is part of a 
series of NTIA-convened multistakeholder discussions concerning mobile 
application transparency. For additional information, please see the 
Multistakeholder Meeting Notice.

    Time and Date: NTIA will convene a meeting of the privacy 
multistakeholder process on July 25, 2013, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., 
Eastern Time. The meeting time is subject to change. Please refer to

the most current information.
