ACTION: Notice of Federal Advisory Committee Teleconference Meeting. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee (MERPAC) will meet on November 14, 2013 via teleconference, to discuss Task Statement 85, Review of Draft Update to Marine Safety Manual (Volume III), Chapters 20 through 26. This meeting will be open to the public. DATES: The teleconference meeting will take place on November 14, 2013, from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. EST. Please note that this meeting may adjourn early if all business is finished.
