Enable Bakken Crude Services, LLC; Notice of Request For Waiver

    Take notice that on October 9, 2013, Enable Bakken Crude Services, 
LLC requested waiver of the verified statement requirements under 18 
CFR 342.4(c) that would otherwise require a verified statement in 
support of initial committed rates, or subsequent contractual 
adjustments to those rates, filed pursuant to the declaratory order 
framework approved in Docket No. OR13-21.\1\

    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest in this proceedings
