SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major 
disaster for the State of Illinois (FEMA-4157-DR), dated 11/26/2013.
    Incident: Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, and Tornadoes.
    Incident Period: 11/17/2013.
    Effective Date: 11/26/2013.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/27/2014.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/26/2014.
