Intent To Grant an Exclusive License for a U.S. Government-Owned 
Invention

AGENCY: Department of the Army, DoD.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: In accordance with 35 U.S.C. 209(e), and 37 CFR 404.7 
(a)(1)(i), announcement is made of the intent to grant an exclusive, 
revocable license, to U.S. Patent No. 6,904912, issued June 14, 2005, 
entitled ``Automated Inhalation Toxicology Exposure System,'' and U.S. 
Patent No. 7,377,276, issued May 27, 2008, entitled, ``Automated 
Inhalation Toxicology Exposure System and Method,'' and related foreign 
rights. The intended licensee is Biaera Technologies, LLC, with its 
principal place of business at 277 Eastern Boulevard North, Suite 3, 
Hagerstown, MD 21740.
