Title of Information Collection: Manufactured Home Construction and
Safety Standards Act Reporting.
OMB Approval Number: 2502-0253.
Type of Request: Extension of currently approved collection.

Description of the need for the information and proposed use: The
Federal Standards and Procedural Regulations require manufactured home

requiring certain features of design and construction. In addition,
some information collected assists both HUD and State Agency's in
locating manufactured homes with defects, which then would create the
need for notification and/or correction by the manufacturer.

Estimated Number of Respondents: 165.
Estimated Number of Responses: 59,304.
Frequency of Response: Monthly.
