Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; Technical
Amendments
AGENCY: Defense Acquisition Regulations System, Department of Defense
(DoD).
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: DoD is making technical amendments to the Defense Federal
Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to provide needed editorial
changes.
DATES: Effective April 28, 2014.

This final rule amends the DFARS as follows:
1. Corrects a cross reference in 203.903(1).
2. Corrects a typographical error in 234.004(2)(ii)(A)(1) and (2).
3. Corrects 252.232-7013 to revise the clause fill-in instructions.
