Patent

AGENCY: Department of the Army, DoD.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: In accordance with 35 U.S.C. 209(e) and 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(i), 
announcement is made of the intent to grant an exclusive, royalty-
bearing, revocable license to PCT Application PCT/2014/22042 filed 
March 7, 2014, entitled ``Methods of Detecting Neurotoxin Using 
Synaptic Activity'' to SynActive Bioscience, LLC, with its principal 
place of business at 813 S. Rose Street, Baltimore, MD 21224.
