Radio Broadcasting Services; Moran, Texas

AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Audio Division, at the request of Katherine Pyeatt, allots 
FM Channel 281A as a first local transmission service at Moran, Texas. 
Channel 281A can be allotted at Moran, consistent with the minimum 
distance separation requirements of the Commission's rules, at 
coordinates 32-25-00 NL and 99-08-00 WL.

DATES: Effective June 16, 2014.
