ACTION: Notice of final actions. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The purpose of this notice is to announce that between July 1, 2008 and April 15, 2014, the Region 2 Office of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), issued three final agency actions and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) issued five final agency actions pursuant to the Prevention of Significant Deterioration of Air Quality (PSD) regulations codified at 40 CFR 52.21. In addition, one previous EPA final agency action dated April 7, 2006 was inadvertently omitted in the previous Federal Register publication and has been included here. DATES: The effective dates for the above determinations are delineated in the chart at the end of this notice (see SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION).
