ACTION: Notice. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: On July 31, 2014, the Department of Commerce published notice in the Federal Register of a final determination of sales at not less than fair value in connection with the subject investigation concerning Russia (79 FR 44393). Accordingly, pursuant to section 207.40(a) of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (19 CFR Sec. 207.40(a)), the antidumping duty investigation concerning ferrosilicon from Russia (Inv.
