Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods From Saudi Arabia; Termination 
of Investigation

AGENCY:  United States International Trade Commission.

ACTION:  Notice.

SUMMARY:  On August 19, 2014, the Department of Commerce published 
notice in the Federal Register of an amended (negative) final 
determination and termination of the investigation of sales at less 
than fair value in connection with the subject investigation concerning 
Saudi Arabia (79 FR 49051). Accordingly, pursuant to section 207.40(a) 
of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (19 CFR 207.40(a)), 
the antidumping duty investigation concerning certain oil country 
tubular goods from Saudi Arabia (investigation No. 731-TA-1218 (Final)) 
is terminated.

DATES:  Effective Date: August 19, 2014.
