The information collection notice was previously published in the Federal Register on July 22, 2014, at 79 FR 42523, allowing for a 60-day public comment period. USCIS did receive two comments in connection with the 60-day notice. DATES: The purpose of this notice is to allow an additional 30 days for public comments. (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond:Filing by Mail: 199,714 responses at 30 minutes (.50 hours) per response. Electronically: 2,108 responses at 20 minutes (.333 hours) per response. (6) An estimate of the total public burden (in hours) associated with the collection: 100,559 annual hour burden.
