                                                 Presentation.
                                                SUMMARY: The Commission
                                                 will hear a

                                                 the 2014 International
                                                 Telecommunication Union
                                                 (ITU) Plenipotentiary
                                                 Conference. The
                                                 presentation will
                                                 include a summary of
                                                 key issues addressed at
                                                 the Plenipotentiary and
                                                 the conference
                                                 outcomes.
