Avista Corporation; Notice of Petition for Declaratory Order

    Take notice that on November 10, 2014, pursuant to Rule 207 of the 
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice 
and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.207, and sections 366.3(b)(i) and 366.3(d) of 
the Commission's regulations, Avista Coproration (Avista) requesting 
exemption from certain requirements under the Public Utility Holding 
Company Act of 2005 (PUHCA 2005),\1\ as more fully described in the 
petition.
