ACTION: Notice of petition for exemption received.

SUMMARY: This notice contains a summary of a petition seeking relief 
from specified requirements of 14 CFR. The purpose of this notice is to 
improve the public's awareness of, and participation in, this aspect of 
FAA's regulatory activities. Neither publication of this notice nor the 
inclusion or omission of information in the summary is intended to 
affect the legal status of the petition or its final disposition.

DATE: Comments on this petition must identify the petition docket 
number and must be received on or before June 17, 2015.

Petition for Exemption

    Petitioner: Mr. Michael Young, SimCom Training Centers.
    Section of 14 CFR Affected: Sec.  91, SFAR No. 108, 5.(4), (b), 
(3)(iii).
    Description of Relief Sought: On behalf of SimCom Training Centers, 
Mr. Michael Young petitions the FAA for an exemption from 14 CFR 91, 
SFAR No. 108, Sec. Sec.  5(a)(4) and 5(b)(3)(ii) to allow candidate 
instructor pilots not qualified in the Mitsubishi MU-2B to become 
simulator only instructor pilots without meeting the pilot-in-command 
experience requirements of Sec.  91, SFAR No. 108.
