ACTION: Announcement of meeting. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that a planning meeting of the Delaware Advisory Committee to the Commission will convene at 11:00 a.m. (EDT) on Monday, July 13, 2015, by teleconference. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss plans for a future public briefing meeting on the discriminatory--on the basis of race, color or national origin--disciplinary practices and procedures in DE's public schools, and whether the Supportive School Discipline Initiative is employed by Delaware schools.
