OMB Control Number: 2900-0358. Type of Review: Revision of a currently approved collection. Abstract: The information from the claimant enables claims examiners to evaluate the suitability of a training program or evaluate the reasons for unsatisfactory attendance, conduct, or progress. The number of claimants is expected to increase due to chapter 33 (Post 9/ 11 GI Bill). An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on this collection of information was published at 80 FR 48960 on August 14, 2015.
