AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Department of 
Transportation (DOT).

ACTION: Notice of Seventh RTCA Special Committee 230 meeting.

SUMMARY: The FAA is issuing this notice to advise the public of the 
Seventh RTCA Special Committee 230 meeting.

DATES: The meeting will be held February 16-18, 2016 from 8:30 a.m.- 5 
p.m.

    Attendance is open to the interested public but limited to space 
availability. All visitors to GKN Aerospace Luton must complete an ITAR 
visitor's form. A scanned copy of the signed form must be returned to 
Tom Richards prior to your visit. Also, all visitors from outside the 
UK must bring their passport as a suitable photo ID. With the approval 
of the chairman, members of the public may present oral statements at 
the meeting. Plenary information will be provided upon request. Persons 
who wish to present statements or obtain information should contact the 
person listed in the FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT section. Members 
of the public may present a written statement to the committee at any 
time.
