Federal Wage System (FWS) wage area. This change is necessary because

county is not currently defined to a NAF wage area.

Applicability date: This change applies on the first day of the first
applicable pay period beginning on or after March 23, 2016.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On August 27, 2015, OPM issued a proposed
rule (80 FR 51963) to define Hancock County, MS, as an area of
application county to the Harrison, MS, NAF FWS wage area.
FPRAC, the national labor-management committee responsible for
advising OPM on matters concerning the pay of FWS employees, reviewed
