Benton Falls Associates, New York LP; Benton Falls Associates,
Maine LP; Notice of Application for Transfer of License and Soliciting
Comments, Motions To Intervene, and Protests
On May 25, 2016, Benton Falls Associates, New York LP (transferor)
and Benton Falls Associates, Maine LP (transferee) filed an application
for the transfer of license of the Benton Falls Project No. 5073. The
project is located on the Sebasticook River in Kennebec County, Maine.
The applicants seek Commission approval to transfer the license for
the Benton Falls Project from the transferor to the transferee. This
transfer of license reflects an internal corporate reorganization. The
transferor will be merged into newly created transferee.
