Citizens Energy Corporation; Notice of Petition for Declaratory
Order
Take notice that on July 18, 2016, pursuant to rule 207 of the
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice
and Procedure,\1\ section 219 of the Federal Power Act,\2\ and Order
No. 679,\3\ Citizens Energy Corporation (Citizens or Petitioner), on
behalf of itself and its wholly owned subsidiary Citizens Power
Connect, LLC, filed a petition for a declaratory order requesting the
Commission authorize two rate treatments in connection with a new high
voltage transmission project that Citizens is partnering with Pacific
Gas and Electric and MidAmerican Central California Transco, LLC., to
develop and finance, all as more fully explained in the petition.
