The purpose of the meeting is a discussion, post- briefing, on the topic, ``The Subtle Effects of Racism in South Dakota'' that was held in Aberdeen, SD, on Friday, March 24, 2017. The committee will also discuss which city and approximate date they would like to hold their second of three briefings throughout the state on the topic of the subtle effects of racism.
