the following proposal for collection of information under the
provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act.

DATES: Consideration will be given to all comments received by May 22,
2017.

FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT: Fred Licari, 571-372-0493.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Title, Associated Form and OMB Number: Core Competencies for
Amputee Rehabilitation; OMB Control Number 0702-XXXX.
    Type of Request: New.

    Responses per Respondent: 1.
    Annual Responses: 400.
Average Burden per Response: 1 hour.
    Annual Burden Hours: 400 hours.
Needs and Uses: At the onset of OEF/OIF/OND, few military

attainment, maintain mastery of amputee treatment technologies, and
influence ongoing institutional training.
Affected Public: Business or other for profit; Not-for-profit
institutions.
    Frequency: On occasion.
    Respondent's Obligation: Voluntary.
