Agenda and Notice of Public Meeting of the Colorado Advisory 
Committee

AGENCY: Commission on Civil Rights.

ACTION: Announcement of meetings.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), that a 
planning meeting of the Colorado Advisory Committee to the

Commission will convene in-person and via teleconference at 2:00 p.m. 
(MDT) on Monday, May 15, 2017, at the Mt. Evans Conference Room, 2nd 
Floor, Byron Rogers Federal Building, 1961 Stout Street, Denver, CO 
80294. The purpose of the meeting is to plan for briefing meeting to 
discuss the Colorado Blaine Amendment and its effect on minority 
children and children with disabilities, as well as parents and 
children's religious beliefs.

DATES: Monday, May 15, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. (MDT).
