Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements Under OMB Review

AGENCY: Small Business Administration.

ACTION: 30-Day notice.

SUMMARY: The Small Business Administration (SBA) is publishing this 
notice to comply with requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act 
(PRA), which requires agencies to submit proposed reporting and 
recordkeeping requirements to OMB for review and approval, and to 
publish a notice in the Federal Register notifying the public that the 
agency has made such a submission. This notice also allows an 
additional 30 days for public comments.

DATES: Submit comments on or before September 5, 2017.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Small Business Administration requires 
information to be disclosed to the buyer when a secondary market loan 
is transferred from one investor to another. This information includes 
a constant annual prepayment rate based upon the seller's analysis of 
prepayment histories of SBA guaranteed loans with similar maturities. 
Additionally, information is required on the terms, conditions and 
yield of the security being transferred.
    (1) Title: Form of Detached Assignment for U.S. Small Business 
Administration Loan Pool or Guaranteed Interest Certificate.
    Description of Respondents: Secondary Market Lenders.
    Estimated Annual Responses: 7,500.
    Estimated Annual Hour Burden: 11,250.
