following in open session: Secretary of Labor v. Alcoa World Alumina, 
LLC, Docket Nos. CENT 2015-128-M et al. (Issues include whether the 
Judge erred in making negligence and unwarrantable failure 
determinations because he concluded that a particular miner was not 
acting as an agent of the operator.).
    Any person attending this meeting who requires special
