  To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service at 200 
  East Pinckney Street in Madison, Florida, as the ``Captain Colin P. 
    Kelly, Jr. Post Office''. <<NOTE: July 6, 2000 -  [H.R. 1666]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 200 East 
Pinckney Street in Madison, Florida, is hereby designated as the 
``Captain Colin P. Kelly, Jr. Post Office''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference to such facility in a law, regulation, map, document, 
paper, or other record of the United States shall be considered to be a 
reference to the ``Captain Colin P. Kelly, Jr. Post Office''.

    Approved July 6, 2000.
