 To designate the Old Executive Office Building located at 17th Street 
and Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, in Washington, District of Columbia, as the 
  ``Dwight D. Eisenhower Executive Office Building''. <<NOTE: Nov. 9, 
                          1999 -  [S. 1652]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. <<NOTE: 3 USC 101 note.>> DESIGNATION OF DWIGHT D. EISENHOWER 
            EXECUTIVE OFFICE BUILDING.

    The Old Executive Office Building located at 17th Street and 
Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, in Washington, District of Columbia, shall be 
known and designated as the ``Dwight D. Eisenhower Executive Office 
Building''.

SEC. 2. <<NOTE: 3 USC 101 note, 421; 18 USC 3056 note.>>  REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the building referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Dwight D. Eisenhower 
Executive Office Building''.
