To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 
 200 North William Street in Goldsboro, North Carolina, as the ``Philip 
 A. Baddour, Sr. Post Office''. <<NOTE: Nov. 30, 2007 -  [H.R. 3382]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. PHILIP A. BADDOUR, SR. POST OFFICE.

    (a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal Service 
located at 200 North William Street in Goldsboro, North Carolina, shall 
be known and designated as the ``Philip A. Baddour, Sr. Post Office''.
    (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to 
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Philip A. 
Baddour, Sr. Post Office''.
