Circular Letter No. 511

August 9, 2002

TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government

SUBJECT: Rider Requisitions for U.S. Treaties and Other International Agreements

Rider orders are now being accepted for the following bound volumes of U.S. Treaties and Other International Agreements. Although the rider rates for these publications have yet to be determined, your requisitions prior to production allow the printing of these copies during regular press runs. This results in substantial savings, which we are then able to pass along to you. (Rider rates apply to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account.) Be sure to submit a separate printing and binding requisition (SF-1) for each publication desired indicating the GPO Jacket Number and quantity. Please note that rider orders are due no later than September 16, 2002.

Volume 35, Part 5 - GPO Jacket Number 35-368
Volume 35, Part 6 - GPO Jacket Number 36-373

Field or regional activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC, area headquarters' printing officers before submitting any paperwork. If you have any questions, contact the Congressional Printing Management Division on 202-512-0224 (or by fax on 202-512-1101).

Sincerely,

JIM BRADLEY
Director, Customer Services
