                ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 1999

  Mr. HAGEL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until the hour 
of 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 29. I further ask consent that on 
Wednesday, immediately following the prayer, the Journal of proceedings 
be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, the time for 
the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, and the 
Senate then proceed to the Labor-HHS appropriations bill. And I ask 
consent that the motion to proceed to that bill be considered agreed 
to.
