TOTAL OUTPUT, INCOME, AND SPENDING
GROSS DOMESTIC PRODUCT
In the second quarter of 2008, according to advance estimates, current-
dollar gross domestic product (GDP) rose 3.0 percent (annual rate), real
GDP (GDP in chained 2000 dollars) rose 1.9 percent, and the implicit
price deflator rose 1.1 percent. (Series revised.)
