Notice of exemption.
The Commission exempts from the prior approval requirements of 49 U.S.C. 11343-11345, the lease by Kansas City Terminal Railway of: (1) 41.62 miles of its main line and connecting tracks to The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company; and (2) 25.68 miles of switch and yard tracks to Gateway Western Railway Company, subject to standard labor protection conditions.
This exemption will become effective March 27, 1994. Petitions to stay must be filed by March 7, 1994, and petitions to reopen must be filed by March 17, 1994.
