This action revises the Class E airspace at Clarksville Municipal Airport, Clarksville, AR. New Nondirectional Radio Beacon (NDB) and Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAPs) to Runways (RWYs) 09 and 27 have made this rule necessary. This action is intended to provide adequate Class E airspace to contain Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations for aircraft executing the NDB or GPS SIAPs to RWYs 09 or 27 at Clarksville Municipal Airport, Clarksville, AR.
