This notice proposes to amend the Class E airspace area at Danville, VA. The amendment of the Instrument Landing System (ILS) and the Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range (VOR) Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) at Danville Regional Airport has made this proposal necessary. Additional controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AG) is needed to accommodate the SIAP and for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at the airport.

Notice of proposed rulemaking.
This notice proposes to amend the Class E airspace area at Danville, VA.
