This action proposes to establish Class E airspace at Lee Airport (ANP), Annapolis, MD. The development of a Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to serve flights operating into the Lee Airport during Instrumental Flight Rules (IFR) conditions make this action necessary. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing an approach. The area would be depicted on aeronautical charts for pilot reference.
