Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. CERTAIN DRAWBACK ENTRIES. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of the Treasury shall-- (1) reliquidate with allowance of drawback those entries identified in Protest No. 5201-9-000417, which was filed with the United States Customs Service, Miami, Florida District, on October 20, 1989, and (2) refund the full amount of the duties paid upon the imported merchandise covered by such entries, less 1 percent of such duties, if the appropriate certificates of delivery relating to such entries are submitted to the appropriate customs officer by no later than the date that is 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act. <all>
