Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. PROCEDURE FOR GRANTING IMMIGRANT STATUS. Section 204 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1154) is amended by inserting at the end of subsection (a)(1)(A) ``Regardless of the number of petitions, a citizen shall be required to pay only one fee for petitions filed under the first sentence, if such petitions are filed at the same time.''. <all>
