  Mr. Peterson of Minnesota introduced the following bill; which was 
               referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

Providing for a 5-year extension of patent numbered 4,062,141 (relating 
                         to a waterfowl decoy).

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of 
Commerce, acting through the Commissioner of Patents and Trademarks, 
shall, when patent numbered 4,062,141 (relating to a waterfowl decoy) 
expires, extend such patent for 5 years, with all the rights pertaining 
thereto.
