                                 A BILL

To grant a right of use and occupancy of a certain tract of land in
Yosemite National Park to George R. Lange and Lucille F. Lange, and for
                            other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. GRANT OF RIGHT OF USE AND OCCUPANCY IN YOSEMITE NATIONAL
              PARK.

    (a) In General.--Subject to subsection (b), the Secretary of the
Interior shall grant George R. Lange and Lucille F. Lange a right of
use and occupancy of the tract numbered 16-118 in Foresta, Yosemite
National Park, California, for a term ending at the death of George R.
Lange or the death of Lucille F. Lange, whichever is later.
    (b) Terms and Conditions.--The right granted pursuant to subsection
(a)--
            (1) shall be for such use and occupancy of the property as
        the Secretary of the Interior determines is reasonable;
            (2) shall be subject to such terms and conditions as the
Secretary of the Interior determines are necessary to ensure
that the right does not unreasonably diminish the scenic,
natural, historic, and other values for which Yosemite National
        Park was established; and
            (3) shall be conditioned on the payment by the grantees of
an annual fee that the Secretary of the Interior determines is
        reasonable.
