 To repeal provisions of the Clean Air Act dealing with stratospheric 
                           ozone protection.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REPEAL OF CLEAN AIR ACT PROVISIONS RELATING TO STRATOSPHERIC 
              OZONE PROTECTION.

    Title VI of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401 and following) is 
hereby repealed.
