Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 3056 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(e) Protection, other than on a reimbursable basis, shall not be provided under subsection (a)(3) or (a)(4) to an individual who is away from that individual's domicile, as determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, if the former President, or any member of the former President's family, directly or indirectly obtains income from activities while so away.''. <all>
