Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 4 of the Act of March 4, 1913 (29 U.S.C. 2), relating to the collection, collation, and reports of labor statistics, is amended by striking out ``by such smaller geographical subdivisions'' and inserting in lieu thereof ``by congressional districts and such smaller geographical subdivisions''. <all>
