Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. HAWAII STATE HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, expenses incurred over the 12-month period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act by the State of Hawaii for operating its State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) shall be eligible for reimbursement from funds appropriated to the Public Health and Social Services Emergency Fund under Public Law 102-366 and under subsequent appropriations Acts. <all>
