H. Res. 204

                In the House of Representatives, U. S.,

                                                         June 23, 1993.
    Resolved, That during consideration of the bill (H.R. 2446) making 
appropriations for military construction for the Department of Defense for the 
fiscal year ending September 30, 1994, and for other purposes, all points of 
order against provisions in the bill for failure to comply with clause 2 of rule 
XXI are waived. The amendments en bloc specified in the report of the Committee 
on Rules accompanying this resolution to be offered by Representative Fawell of 
Illinois or a designee may amend portions of the bill not yet read for 
amendment, shall be considered as read when offered, and shall not be subject to 
a demand for division of the question in the House or in the Committee of the 
Whole.
