                In the House of Representatives, U. S.,

                                                         June 29, 1993.
    Resolved, That all points of order against consideration of the bill (H.R. 
2492) making appropriations for the government of the District of Columbia and 
other activities chargeable in whole or in part against the revenues of said 
District for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1994, and for other purposes, 
for failure to comply with the provisions of clause 7 of rule XXI are waived. 
During consideration of the bill, all points of order against provisions in the 
bill for failure to comply with clause 2 of rule XXI are waived.
