  Waiving certain points of order against the bill (H.R. 4453) making 
appropriations for military construction for the Department of Defense 
 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1995, and for other purposes.

    Resolved, That during consideration of the bill (H.R. 4453) making 
appropriations for military construction for the Department of Defense 
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1995, and for other purposes, 
all points of order against provisions in the bill for failure to 
comply with clause 2 or 6 of rule XXI are waived.
