Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. PREVENTED PLANTED DISASTER ASSISTANCE FOR 1993 CROP OF FEED GRAINS. The first sentence of section 105B(c)(1)(F)(ii) of the Agricultural Act of 1949 (42 U.S.C. 1444f(c)(1)(F)(ii)) is amended-- (1) by striking ``crambe, and'' and inserting ``crambe,''; and (2) by inserting before the period at the end the following: ``and, in the case of producers on a farm who are eligible for a prevented planting disaster payment under paragraph (2)(A) for the 1993 crop of corn, soybeans''. <all>
